Pay Monthly option with Worldpay - Future Pay
FUTURE PAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
FuturePay from WorldPay allows you to pay for your maintenance agreement, by instalments, therefore spreading your costs. Your debit or credit card is periodically charged for an agreed length of time – an online equivalent of traditional direct debit or standing order payments.
Acceptance for Future Pay payments is at the discretion of AVCustom Ltd. Making use of the Future Pay service is upon the acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
1. Length of Payment Terms: Payment terms are for the period of 12 months, with no exception. All payment terms must be agreed by both parties via a signed “Maintenance Service Agreement” issued by AV Custom Ltd.
2. Payment Frequency: All FuturePay agreements will have a monthly payment frequency (payment being made on the same date each month for 12 months).
3. Initial Payment: The initial payment will be made at the day of agreement, with 11 following payments thereafter.
4. Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your FuturePay agreement at any time. To do so, please inform us via email; firstname.lastname@example.org by giving 28 days notice. Please note, you will not receive a refund on payments already made, unless AV Custom Ltd has failed to meet standards as set out in our Maintenance Service agreement.
